Souper Bowl of Caring
The youth will kick off the Souper Bowl of Caring in February on Super Bowl Sunday, February 7, by collecting a monetary donation to help alleviate hunger needs in Savannah.
The emphasis on the eradication of hunger will continue throughout February. During the entire month, the youth are asking for donations of breakfast food items to be given to United Ministries to help with the breakfast they serve through Emmaus House. Please bring items such as cereal (hot or cold), canned fruit, peanut butter, jelly, coffee, sugar, creamer, canned milk, bread, muffins, sausage, bacon, and breakfast bars. The youth will have collection boxes around the church for you to donate.
