MIdweek Gathering
Our last midweek gathering will be on Wednesday, August 15th with a potluck dinner at 5:30 pm. Meat and drinks will be provided by the church; the rest of the meal will consist of your contributions of vegetables, salads and desserts. The program for the evening will be presented by Dr. Christopher Hendricks. Chris is back by popular demand having entertained the Classics last spring. "Fashion and Entertainment in Colonial Georgia" will feature an audio-visual presentation of fashions from the last half of the 18th century and will provide insight into how the people spent their leisure time. Audience participation is expected. Join us for the fun.
